The romanesque basilica of Notre Dame, generally known as La Collégiale de Notre-Dame de Beaune, is a famous landmark in Beaune, Burgundy. Construction commenced in the second half of the 12th century and was completed early in the 13th century. The basilica is here seen in the light of a late afternoon sun.
